PelviPain Project LLC ("PelviPain Project," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit pelvipainproject.com, purchase a program, or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using our website or purchasing a program, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We collect the following types of information.
Information you give us.
- Your name and email address when you create an account, purchase a program, or join our waitlist or email list.
- Billing details, such as your billing address, when you make a purchase.
- Messages you send us, including support requests and refund requests.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive limited details about your purchase, such as the amount, the date, and the last four digits of your card.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site or use a program, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, and course progress, such as which lessons you have completed.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process your purchase, create your account, and give you access to your program.
- Send receipts, login details, program updates, and other messages about your purchase.
- Respond to your questions and requests, including refunds.
- Send marketing emails if you have signed up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

- Measure and improve our advertising.
- Prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels and tags. These keep you logged in, remember your preferences, help us understand how visitors use the site, and help us measure our advertising. We may add other analytics or advertising tools in the future, and we will update this policy when we do.
- Analytics. We may use Google Analytics to learn how visitors find and use our site.
- Advertising. We use Google Ads, which may use cookies and tags to show our ads to people who have visited our site, and to measure whether our ads lead to purchases.
You can control cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings, and you can learn more about how Google uses data in Google's Privacy Policy. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of our site work.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Our course and website platform (Kajabi), which hosts our site, programs, checkout, and customer accounts.
- Our payment processor (Kajabi Payments), which processes your payment, along with the payment partners it uses, such as card networks and, if you choose them at checkout, services like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, or Klarna.
- Gmail (Google Workspace), which we use to communicate with you about your purchase and your questions. Kajabi may also send account and receipt emails on our behalf.
- Advertising and analytics providers (currently Google, and possibly others in the future), as described above.
We may also share information when required by law, to respond to legal process, to protect our rights or safety or those of others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
Email Communications
If you buy a program, we will email you about your purchase, such as your receipt, login details, and important updates to the program. These messages are part of your purchase and are not marketing.
If you join our waitlist or email list, we may also send you educational content and promotions. We may use an email marketing service to send these messages, and that service will receive your name and email address for that purpose. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also ask us to remove you by writing to [email protected].
Testimonials
If you choose to share a testimonial or review, we will ask for your permission before we post it publicly with your name or other identifying details. You can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing [email protected].
Health Information
Our programs are educational. We do not ask for your medical history, diagnoses, or symptoms, and we are not a healthcare provider in our relationship with you through this site. Please do not send us medical details by email or through our website. If you contact us, share only what is needed to answer your question.
The fact that you purchased a program about a health topic is stored with your account like any other purchase.
Data Retention and Security
We keep your information for as long as you have an account or access to a program, and as long as needed to keep records of purchases, resolve disputes, and meet legal and tax requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and our service providers use security measures of their own. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before we act on it.
You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and control cookies and personalized ads as described above.
Children's Privacy
Our site and programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
