Terms of Service

IntroductionĀ 

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of programs offered by PelviPain Project LLC ("PelviPain Project," "we," "us," or "our"), a Colorado limited liability company. By purchasing a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the program.

We make our programs available to customers throughout the United States. These Terms apply to all purchases regardless of where you are located within the U.S.

Educational Purpose; Not Medical Advice

PelviPain Project provides educational content about pelvic pain, created by a licensed pelvic floor physical therapist. This content is for general educational and informational purposes only.

  • This program is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not create a physical therapist-patient or doctor-patient relationship between you and PelviPain Project LLC or its founder.
  • This program is not a substitute for individualized care from a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified provider regarding any medical condition or symptoms, or before starting any new movement program ā€” particularly if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery, or have a pre-existing condition.
  • If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on this program for emergency guidance.
  • Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, symptom reduction, or cure from use of this program.

Separate from clinical care. PelviPain Project LLC is a separate business from any clinical physical therapy practice operated by its founder. Purchasing or using this program does not make you a patient of any practice, and the program is not a substitute for an evaluation or treatment by a licensed provider.

License and Access to Content

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the purchased program for your own personal, non-commercial use.

  • Duration: Access is granted for as long as the program remains available on our platform. If we update, expand, or revise the program's content, you will receive access to those updates at no additional cost.
  • Personal use only: You may not share, sell, distribute, reproduce, rent, lease, or sublicense your access, login credentials, or any program content to any third party.
  • Platform changes: We may change the platform through which content is delivered, provided we continue to give you access to substantially equivalent content.
  • Termination: We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of content.

Payment Terms

We offer the following payment options, as presented at checkout:

  • One-time payment: Full payment charged at the time of purchase in exchange for immediate access to all included program content.
  • Payment plan: The total program price may be divided into installments, charged automatically on the schedule presented at checkout. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each scheduled installment until paid in full.

Missed or failed payments: If a scheduled payment fails, our payment processor will attempt to retry the charge. If payment ultimately cannot be collected after all retry attempts have been exhausted, we reserve the right to suspend your access until payment is brought current, and/or to pursue collection of the amount owed. You remain responsible for the full purchase price regardless of payment method or schedule.

Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked.

  • To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within the 3-day window.
  • Refund requests made after this 3-day period will not be honored, as digital content is delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • If you are on a payment plan and request a refund within the 3-day window, any installment payments already made will be refunded and no future installments will be charged.

Intellectual Property

All content included in this program ā€” including videos, written materials, graphics, diagrams, and downloadable resources ā€” is the exclusive property of PelviPain Project LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a license to use this content as described above; it does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise use program content outside the scope of your personal license, without our prior written permission.

Health and Safety Disclaimer; Assumption of Risk

Participation in any exercise, movement, or self-directed technique included in this program involves inherent risk, including the risk of physical injury.

  • Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning this program, particularly if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery, or have any pre-existing medical condition.
  • Stop any activity immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or any concerning symptoms.
  • By purchasing and participating in this program, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation, and agree that PelviPain Project LLC, its founder, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the program.

Limitation of Liability; Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PelviPain Project LLC and its founder, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this program ā€” whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the program will not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PelviPain Project LLC and its founder from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the program, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify purchasers via the email associated with their account or post a notice on our website. Continued use of the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law; Contact Information

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles, regardless of where you access or use the program. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
